Trish Striglos

Owner, Principal Designer

Creativity has been the driving force of my career. Before pursuing interior design, I crafted brand identities for companies such as Mosaic, Safeway, Clorox, Boeing, and MobiTV, where I learned the powerful synergy of strategy and design.

Fulfilling  a lifelong dream, I studied at the world-renowned Inchbald School of Design in London, earning an M.A. in Architectural Interior Design. This experience sharpened my skills and deepened my passion for creating spaces that inspire good living.

I also hold an M.A. in Educational Policy Analysis from Stanford University, along with dual B.A. degrees in Political Science and English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I am an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers and an Associate Member of the International Interior Design Association.

Over the years, I have refined my ability to transform residential and workplace interiors into elegant, inviting spaces that reflect my clients’ distinct personalities, tastes and lifestyles.

Each of our projects is a unique journey that combines your vision with our expertise in architectural interior design. From concept to completion, we are committed to bringing to life environments that are both beautiful and functional, reflecting your lifestyle, taste, and aspirations.

  • Our process starts with a comprehensive creative briefing session where we conduct a thorough interview to understand your goals, preferences, and needs. We discuss your vision, inspiration, and any specific challenges to uncover the look and feel of the environment you want to create. This initial phase ensures that every detail is thoughtfully considered, laying a solid foundation for a successful partnership. We capture the details in a document, a creative brief, that serves as a roadmap for this design journey we will share. We bring in other professionals – potential architects, builders, engineers, artisans – at this early stage to form the team that will accompany us on this journey. Once articulated, we will check in with these partners to ensure our shared design vision is feasible and appropriate to the project budget.

  • Based on the creative brief we have mutually agreed, we develop initial design concepts as potential design solutions. Through mood boards, sketches and digital renderings, we explore creative directions, materials, finishes and color schemes. In keeping with the architectural character and location of the project, we will capture the feeling the space will evoke. We will confirm the design decisions with other stake-holding  professionals to ensure continued viability and budget alignment.

  • Once we finalize  concepts, we delve into the specifics. We collaborate closely with our team of professionals to ensure every detail is meticulously planned, budgeted  and executed. During this phase, we refine material selections, choose furnishings and finalize architectural elements to ensure a cohesive, comfortable and elegant design throughout.

  • Bringing a design to life requires careful oversight. We manage all aspects of the project, from sourcing materials and furnishings  to coordinating with tradespeople, specification, procurement, construction support and installation. Our hands-on approach ensures that everything runs smoothly and that the design intent is honored at every stage of the build.
